After multiple extensions of the previous framework contract (2018-2019-2020), the French Transmission Operator RTE notified the group HECLA, ETA and RICOM , HECLA being the group leader by RTE on 6 April 2021 of the 2021 MCEL framework contract for a period of 5 years.
This contract concerns the studies of air and underground connections concerning the creation, modification, inventory, the renewal and rehabilitation of overhead and underground HTB lines and the upgrading of the documentation of overhead and underground links.
