The large range of projects performed by the group has permitted to set up a huge data base, collecting the product references, supplier names and contacts.
Project management taught us the know-how necessary for supply negotiations and the leading of different stages of product or service selection.
Today, HECLA can assist the major customers by sourcing new providers. Since 2001, the French TSO, RTE has been assisted by HECLA in such a field, mainly for the supply of steel towers.
